A common concern
of many homeowners is whether the policy they buy today will
be enough to rebuild their home tomorrow in the event of a
covered loss. With rising construction costs and increased
inflation, the cost of repairing or replacing your home
steadily increases. But coverage secured through Rubin
Insurance Homeowners Insurance Program was designed with this
in mind. So you get peace of mind and high quality coverage
for your home -- all at affordable rates.
For most
Americans, buying a home is one of the most important
investments they will make over their lifetime. So when it
comes to protecting that investment, you shouldn’t settle
for anything but quality insurance. And if this coverage also
features affordable rates and comes from many quality
insurance companies our agency represents, including many
quality California admitted companies.
That’s
exactly what you can get with our Homeowners Insurance
Program. It protects your home if it's damaged or destroyed by
a covered peril, such as glass breakage, smoke damage, fire
and lightning, wind and hail storms, vandalism, falling trees
and electrical accidents.
Homeowners
insurance provides protection for your home and possessions.
There are
standard and optional features called "coverages"
which together can offer a comprehensive package of
protection. The following contains information on our standard
policy protection, additional standard coverages, optional
coverages, renters and condo owners coverage, and personal
umbrella liability protection.
Knowing the
function of these coverages before you buy can help you
determine what you need. And understanding what you get in the
long-term will help you determine the real value of your
insurance. We can cover almost all of your home insurance
exposures, close dangerous coverage gaps and trim costly
overlaps.

personal umbrella policy you must have both auto and
homeowners insurance that meet the minimum sufficient
